In order to allow the Italian partners to access in an excellent way to the foreign markets, according to the institutional laws, Consorzio BIC set up the following organization:
It organized the competences of the 49 partners in 7 divisions (Construction Turnkey, Oil & Gas, Health Care, Technologies & Systems, Waste, Agriculture, Avio)
It set up a company system (affiliated companies) to support the various activities both in Italy and abroad
It established various representative offices abroad
It equipped itself with a Partners – Governance section
It equipped itself with a Commercial section
It equipped itself with a Technical section
It equipped itself with an Administrative section
It equipped itself with a General Services (legal, secretariats, logistics, etc…) section
It equipped itself with a Production section
